Order the new book by Russell D. Haynes, Where Did the Deer Go? This book explains, in detail and with pictures, the reason that whitetail deer were close to extinction in the middle to late 1800's of most of America. Then, this book explains the steps the United States government took to remedy the problem, thus, giving the United States, especially the southeast, a current, thriving whitetail population.

Have you ever seen German Shehperds trained as Shuzthunds? One of the training parts is to track it's master through the woods. The master walks through woods for several miles and the Shepherd is judged on how long he can track the man. A true Shutzhund can track the man up to 3 and a half hours! The amazing part, is the dog can usually track three hours or more WITHOUT putting it's nose to the ground. Depending on how fast the man moves through the woods. Why? Below tells us why:
Your breath contains about 20,000 to 50,000 negative ions from the water evaporating from your body; but you must be grounded to exhale a concentration this high. If you are not grounded, you will become more positively charged with each breath exhaled by about five volts, because your breath is removing negative charged ions. Eventually, you will become sufficiently positive after exhaling about 20 times, that the negative ions will immediately return and neutralize your body.
This is what the dog is smelling. Imagine what a DEER can smell from your breath!
The media in H.H.S. scent destroying products are patented and a vast improvement over others on the market. Activated carbon (coconut shell) is the bed, but we have patented resins that do 3 things: 1. They keep the millions of pores unclogged by not allowing sweat or other liquids from entering in. 2. Odor molecules that cannot be handled are " exchanged " into molecules that are odorless. 3. They keep a positive " draw " on scent molecules, VERY IMPORTANT since, the head and mouth are the most important areas of scent release concerning humans.
Because carbon dioxide has to be dealt with, the mouth emits scent continuously, so does the nasal passages. Test show people suffering from internal health problems, such as gall bladder, colon disorders, etc., emit even more odor. This is another way animals can tell if something is not right in a human. Some men between the ages of 18 and 35 showed surprisingly more scent through their mouth. It was also found that many of these men were taking muscle building supplements.

We bow hunt only so deer have to get close, we are both disabled to degrees and hunt in ground blinds or shooting houses. We wear this mask and the cap liner and deer have gotten right on us!

I wear the cap liner too,, i think they are crucial together, so at least I should leave this review to help other hunters. Ive had two deer not bust me and once the wind was definitely not in my favor!
